A winery - in Sweden???

By Sköna Helena

Kullahalvöns Vingård (http://www.kullahalvonsvingard.se), how picturesque is that?! With the windmill in the background and all... :) We got a tour by their Ukrainian "trainee".

thanks miss know-it-all. ;) it can be called both! tadaa! så det så! http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/winery

(i was corrected when i said vineyard all the time in the us, since winery is more used there. there is probably some slight difference in the definition as well)

I thought that wineyard was the name for the place where they grow the grapes, and winery the name for where they make the actual wine. But I dont know where that idea came from though.

sort of yeah... but it's spelled vineyard and not wineyard. :) in the us they (at least the texans i have hung out with the most) say winery about everything. if i remember correctly. but it doesn't really matter does it? we aren't a bunch of besserwissers - or are we? we should ask curry about this ;)

Something to say?
